Shortly after the assassination attempt on President Donald Trump, billionaire Elon Musk declared on Twitter that he “fully supports” former President Donald Trump. This can be seen as a strong show of support from the world’s richest person for Donald Trump since the start of his campaign.

I fully endorse President Trump and hope for his rapid recovery

Musk commented that “the last time America had a tough candidate like this was Theodore Roosevelt.” It is known that prior to this, Musk had never publicly supported any candidate for the 2024 presidential race.

Notably, following this shooting incident, the odds of Donald Trump winning the U.S. presidential election reached a record high on Polymarket, a decentralized prediction market platform. Accordingly, Trump currently holds a 71% chance of victory compared to Biden’s 16%.

Recently, Justin Sun, the founder of TRON – TRX, also made a noteworthy statement to his followers:

As the election approaches, I fully endorse President Trump  and hope for his speedy recovery. He is a better choice for the crypto industry and can ensure fairer treatment. I am proud that many who care about America’s future use @OfficialDLive to express their concerns.

The Republican candidate has become the center of attention in recent months due to his support for Bitcoin and the U.S. cryptocurrency industry. Trump has vowed to end Joe Biden’s crusade to crush crypto and is ready to support this promising sector in the United States.

He also emphasized that the U.S. should lead the cryptocurrency industry and not settle for second place. As part of his crypto-friendly approach, Trump’s campaign has started accepting donations in cryptocurrency.

At this time, the cryptocurrency community is eagerly awaiting the final results of the presidential election later this year.
