3 New Names Added to the Roadmap
In a recent post on X (formerly Twitter), Coinbase announced that BNKR, Jito Staked SOL (JITOSOL), and Metaplex (MPLX) are now part of its official listing roadmap. The announcement included each token’s contract address:
BNKR (Base network): 0x22af33fe49fd1fa80c7149773dde5890d3c76f3b
JITOSOL: J1toso1uCk3RLmjorhTtrVwY9HJ7X8V9yYac6Y7kGCPn
MPLX: METAewgxyPbgwsseH8T16a39CQ5VyVxZi9zXiDPY18m
However, Coinbase emphasized that trading has not yet begun for these tokens. Listings will only proceed once sufficient technical infrastructure is in place and a market maker is secured. If these conditions are met, Coinbase will issue a separate announcement with a confirmed trading date.
“Transfers and trading are not supported for these or any other assets until a listing is officially announced. Depositing these assets into your Coinbase account before the announcement may result in permanent loss of funds,” the exchange warned.
Market Reaction: BNKR Leads the Surge

Following the announcement, BNKR — the native token of Bankr AI — skyrocketed by around 40.54%, jumping from $0.00037 to $0.00052. Although the price later corrected to $0.00046, it still reflected a 29% gain over the past 24 hours.
MPLX also climbed 12.08%, from $0.149 to $0.167, before dipping slightly to $0.160 — a 4.6% decrease from its peak.
Meanwhile, JITOSOL, a liquid staking derivative on the Solana blockchain, saw a modest 3% uptick and is currently trading at $246.
Listing Potential = Price Potential?
Being added to Coinbase’s roadmap marks the first step in its rigorous vetting process, which evaluates tokens based on legal, compliance, and technical security standards. These new additions now join the ranks of tokens like QCAD, which has remained on the roadmap for a while.
However, altcoins like Fartcoin (FARTCOIN), Subsquid (SQD), and Sky (SKY) were listed shortly after being added to the roadmap. This raises investor hopes that BNKR, JITOSOL, and MPLX could soon follow suit.
If a full listing does happen, another round of price rallies wouldn’t be surprising — as Coinbase listings are historically linked to major boosts in liquidity, investor attention, and market exposure.
