Bitget Officially Lists Ripple's Rlusd

Bitget – a leading cryptocurrency exchange and Web3 pioneer – has officially listed Ripple USD (RLUSD) on its spot trading platform. RLUSD, a USD-backed stablecoin issued by Ripple, targets institutional users seeking secure and compliant digital assets, especially in enterprise-scale blockchain applications.

As a stablecoin pegged 1:1 to the U.S. dollar, RLUSD is natively issued on both the XRP Ledger (XRPL) and Ethereum networks, leveraging the distinct advantages of each blockchain. The asset is backed by a segregated reserve consisting of cash and USD cash equivalents. Bitget’s decision to list RLUSD aligns with its strategy to support high-utility digital assets that contribute to the practical adoption of blockchain technology.

“We’re thrilled to collaborate with Ripple – a team that has consistently driven innovation in the crypto space,” said Gracy Chen, CEO of Bitget. “RLUSD is one of the few stablecoins issued by a NYDFS-chartered limited purpose trust company, ensuring it operates under a clear and transparent regulatory framework. This is particularly valuable for institutions that prioritize compliance and safety in today’s evolving digital asset landscape. Listing RLUSD also supports our 2025 strategy of expanding institutional offerings and building a more secure and trustworthy ecosystem.”

The listing of RLUSD on Bitget not only expands user access to stablecoins but also provides a trusted trading environment for one of the industry’s most closely monitored digital assets.

Bitget continues to scale its listings in response to growing demand in the crypto market. The addition of RLUSD reflects the rising importance of stablecoins as core tools in decentralized finance (DeFi), blockchain gaming, and tokenized asset ecosystems.

With a catalog of over 900 trading pairs and a strong commitment to ecosystem expansion, Bitget connects users to major blockchain networks like Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, Base, and TON. The inclusion of RLUSD marks a strategic move to embrace regulated stablecoins as a gateway to innovative and transformative crypto projects.
