Binance Launches Discount Buy, Purchase Crypto At Lower Prices Or Earn Fixed Interest

Binance, the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange, has just introduced a new investment product called Discount Buy, under its Binance Earn suite. This structured product allows users to buy crypto at a target price lower than the current market price, or earn a fixed APR if the purchase conditions are not met.

According to Binance, Discount Buy is ideal for long-term investors who want to accumulate digital assets without constantly monitoring price movements. The product supports popular cryptocurrencies such as BTC, ETH, BNB, and SOL, offering a simple, automated way to invest at optimized cost.

“Discount Buy is suitable for users who expect low market volatility and want to accumulate crypto at a discount without timing the market,” said Jeff Li, Vice President of Product at Binance. “It provides flexibility, more investment choices, and new opportunities to participate in the crypto space.”

Users invest using USDT, USDC, or other major stablecoins. Each subscription is set with the following parameters:

  • Target Buy Price

  • Knockout Price

  • Fixed APR

  • Settlement Date

At settlement, the average market price within the 07:30–08:00 UTC window will determine the Settlement Price, resulting in one of three possible outcomes:

  1. Full Crypto Purchase: If the Settlement Price is equal to or below the Target Price, the entire principal is used to buy crypto at the agreed price.

  2. Partial Crypto Purchase: If the Settlement Price is between the Target and Knockout Prices, 50% of the capital is used to buy crypto, and the remaining 50% is returned in stablecoins.

  3. Fixed Reward: If the Settlement Price is equal to or above the Knockout Price, the full principal is repaid along with a fixed interest in stablecoins.

Importantly, Discount Buy charges no trading fees, and once subscribed, all terms—including target price, APR, knockout level, and duration—are locked in until the Settlement Date. Early withdrawal is not allowed, promoting disciplined investing and product integrity.

Limited-Time Launch Offer

To celebrate the launch, Binance is offering a limited-time promotion: users who subscribe to Discount Buy between July 29 and August 11, 2025 (UTC) will receive an additional 10% discount on eligible crypto purchases.

Full promotion details and terms can be found on Binance’s official campaign page.
