Binance CEO Richard Teng unexpectedly sparked a lively discussion on X about the “aha moment” in crypto, just as BNB hit two consecutive all-time highs.

Binance Ceo Sparks Heated Discussion On X

Richard Teng – the CEO of Binance, who took over leadership from Changpeng Zhao (CZ) in late 2023 – has recently stirred the crypto community with a question that seems simple but carries deep meaning. His post on X quickly generated a positive response from investors, particularly as Binance’s native token, BNB, set two consecutive all-time highs on Wednesday.

In his post, Richard Teng asked: “What was your ‘aha’ moment with crypto?”, inviting the community to share their personal experiences in the comments.

Responding to a user’s question about the meaning of “aha,” Teng explained: “It’s the moment when you truly understood its value, purpose, or potential.”

Many crypto enthusiasts and blockchain investors shared their stories and perspectives, with Teng replying to the first few comments — often with just a single emoji that spoke volumes.

Binance Coin (BNB) Hits Consecutive All-Time Highs

Coinciding with the community discussion, Binance Coin made history. On Wednesday, BNB surged to $869 per coin, marking its highest price ever. This milestone was highlighted by Binance’s founder and former CEO, CZ, who shared on X: “There were signs.”

But the rally didn’t stop there. BNB pushed even higher, reaching a fresh peak of $882.59, according to data from CoinMarketCap. As of now, the token is trading at $861.88 — about 2.43% below its latest high.

With a market capitalization of $120 billion, BNB currently holds the fifth spot on CoinMarketCap, cementing its position as one of the world’s leading digital assets.
