After a year since launch, AZCoiner is preparing for important next steps, AZCoiner will begin KYC verification process. By completing KYC, you’ll unlock exclusive benefits designed to enhance your experience with AZCoiner.

Factors Affecting KYC Priority:
- Your Contribution: Active users contributing to the AZCoiner project will receive priority.
- Active Sessions: The number of sessions you’ve engaged with AZCoiner can boost your KYC priority level.
How to Complete Your KYC on AZCoiner
Step 1. Receive KYC invitation from the system (If you haven’t received an invitation, please wait for our next announcement rounds).
Step 2: Log into the app, select the Menu bar in the top left corner, select “KYC” and ” Let’s Start“
Step 3. Submit Personal Information
- Fill in the information based on your personal documents. You can use National ID, Passport, or driving license
- Take photos of your personal documents. Ensure the images are clear, well-lit, and capture all angles
- Please wait while we verify your documents. Wait times may vary depending on submission volume. Please be patient.
Step 4. Perform Live check
Once the first approval step is completed, you will receive a notification to proceed to the next step.
You will have 2 days from the time you receive the notification to complete the Live check. If you do not complete the Live check within 2 days, you will need to wait for the next round.
Please enable notifications to avoid missing important updates. If you receive the notification, you can proceed with KYC:
- Log into the “KYC” section in the app
- Click to “Let’s Start” => “Begin Check”
- Please allow the app to use your camera
- Please follow the system’s instructions (move closer or step back)
- When the system asks you to hold still, please don’t move your face
- Congratulations, you have completed KYC
If your Live Check is unsuccessful, wait for 1 hour before trying again. Please note that each person is allowed up to 4 attempts within 2 days. If you exceed the time limit or the maximum attempts without success, please wait for further announcements.
