At 12:30 PM on August 15, 2024 (UTC), DOGS announced the details of its tokenomics following its listing on major exchanges such as OKX, Bitget, Bybit, and BingX. The token distribution is as follows:
Total Supply: 550 billion $DOGS
- 81.5% allocated to the community (unlocked):
- 73% for airdrop
- 8.5% for traders, sticker creators, and future community members
- 10% allocated to the development team, to be unlocked over 12 months
- 8.5% allocated for liquidity on centralized (CEX) and decentralized (DEX) exchanges, and events related to the listing
Overall, the project has honored its commitment by allocating a significant portion of DOGS tokens to the community. However, due to its large supply and the potential absence of a Binance listing, DOGS may be valued lower than Notcoin.
Illustrative Example:
- If you own 50,000 DOGS:
- If the market capitalization (MC) of DOGS is $200 million, 1 DOGS will be worth approximately $0.00036, making 50,000 DOGS worth about $18.
- If the market capitalization of DOGS is $500 million, 1 DOGS will be worth approximately $0.0009, making 50,000 DOGS worth about $45.
Following the tokenomics announcement, the DOGS development team also announced the airdrop token claim process and confirmed the token listing date of August 20, 2024.

About Claiming Tokens
According to the announcement, users can start claiming tokens to their wallets and send them to exchanges from August 16, 2024. However, at the time of writing, users have not yet been able to claim tokens to their accounts.
